Haha there actually is no *secret*! Just eat in moderation and work out daily. Honestly, I think I might be an exercisoholic. I burn around 1000-1300 calories a day, and that’s just as much as I eat.. so maybe that has something to do with it.
What I recommend: CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO
You learn to love it. And it is awesome when you can keep going for 30 minutes +
Improvement makes you feel sooo darn good!
