I run everyday do you think in 1 month by eating healthy too, i can get a flat stomach a thinner thights?

Yes, yes, yes! Running will definitely help you lose fat.
Your results and mine may not be the same though because we both have different bodies. You cannot just depend on running, you need to do strength training and toning exercises as well.
You also need to stick to a healthy diet. Which means no fatty, fried foods, chocolaty desserts, white processed foods, etc etc. Stick to veggies and lean meats! Fruits are great but have a lot of sugars, so keep those to a minimum!
