Q:Hey girl, i honestly admire you and your work ethic! I've never seen someone get resultsl ike that so fast and its exactly what im looking for, for my body. You got results a couple of days after your started working out, i mean your stomach completely changed, its mind blowing! I mean how? Seriously it looks so much different, i only have 2 weeks until i go on holiday, i want to loose my stomach fat, and my thighs, please tell me allll as soon as you cannon! You've lost so much in such a short amount of time? HOWW,?! you look frisking amazing.

At the beginning of my weightloss, it was mostly about diet. I slowly began to change my diet. Before deciding I wanted to lose weight I was eating an insane amount of fried, cheesy foods. Which in turn, goes straight to your gut! When I cut those out of my diet and began to eat leaner/healthier foods, my stomach flattened. I also began to drink a lot more water, which I believed help with my stomach.
