1. You may be doing more exercise than you were doing before
2. You may be eating healthier
3. You may be eating less
4. Someone might have chopped off your arm
The reasons are endless to the reasons of your weight-loss. There is nothing wrong with the elliptical, there is just bigger benefits you get from the treadmill or stairmaster
