Q:I seriously have the same body as you maybe a little bit taller. but similar. I saw you went from 140-118 and that is exactly what i want. can you please help me in any way? what was the best exercises, how long did it take you, what did you do daily, what did you eat, how did you get started? anything! tips, comments hahah i am very interested
The best exercises: everything cardio! I literally worked out for about 3 hours on a daily basis. I did everything from running on a treadmill to zumba class. I would burn over 1000 calories in one workout session. I do not do this anymore and I think what I was doing may have been a little excessive, but I was obsessed!
What I would suggest is referring to this post:
Sane Calorie Counting to figure how much you should be eating on a daily basis. And then when you ARE eating, do not eat anything fried or white. Limit your carbs, eat tons of lean meats and veggies. I ate a lot of chicken, asparagus and soup when I saw the decrease in my weight.
Exercise wise, definitely stick to the cardio. Once you get a hang of the cardio, try some strength training. There is an APP called Jfit that I believe is available on both iPhone and Android that you should really check out for routines!
I looked to tumblr to get started! There were so many good fitblrs out there that helped inspire me! The tumblr community is amazing and hella supportive!
It took me around 6 months to get to a weight I was comfortable with, but I am still working on it and will always be. Going through a journey such as this is a struggle and always something you will have to battle.
