Q:hey i love your blog and think your truly amazing to have lost the weight you did. i weigh 136 pounds and would love any help to lose 20 pounds! i am fit but struggle to not eat much, any tips you can give me ?
Honestly I do not feel comfortable with giving you advice on your weight loss unless you gave me your height. I mean, 136 lbs is a healthy and normal weight for a lot of heights, so 20 lbs may be too much! It’s great that you consider yourself fit, because that means that you have a lot of muscle to burn off all of the calories you consume. As to advice on not to eat as much, you should start eating a lot more lean meats and veggies. Lean meats fill you up, and you can essentially eat as many veggies as you want because it is so low in calories! (considering you don’t fry/butter them!)
