Anonymous asked: I already eat below my recommended intake. Is it better to be a little above or a little below? Mine is 1200 cals so I eat about 1100 cals worth. And what is cardio exercise exactly? I've been doing abs, legs, and arms exercises every weekend because I come home pretty late and I do my homework until I fall asleep on weekdays. My weight nor my body has made any changes.
