Anonymous asked: I already eat below my recommended intake. Is it better to be a little above or a little below? Mine is 1200 cals so I eat about 1100 cals worth. And what is cardio exercise exactly? A lot of people say it's running to get your heart rate up. But I run out of breath from a lot of crunches, push ups, jumping jacks, etc. Can those be considered cardio?

I know a ton of people find the show “I Used to Be Fat” motivational, but it honestly just upsets me, I’m not sure why- maybe it’s because I’ve only ever been able to watch the first minute and a half.

I've been doing abs, legs, and arms exercises every weekend because I come home pretty late and I do my homework until I fall asleep on weekdays. My weight nor my body has made any changes. Am I doing something wrong?

None of my measurements have changed, and I still look the same so I’m not going to update anything. Yes, I know this is contrary to my 134.2 posting, but I binged a bit this weekend. I’m still happy with my weight-loss. ANOTHER FREAKING POUND! Yes.
