Going grocery shopping today.
grapefruit bananas yogurt apples mustard deli-turkey (instead of my usual roast beef) progresso soup grilled chicken breast potatoes orange juice I am also cutting mayo out of my diet. I’m not sure how healthy this list is, but it is definitely an upgrade from my usual “cheese fries and cheese burgers” (oh my, am I gonna miss it) ;P

Zumba
I went to Zumba for the first time in forever. An apparently gay man walked in, pulled off his sweats and was ready to go. I knew he meant business when I saw the underarmour leggings and jazz shoes he was wearing. It immediately brought a smile to my face. This was going to be a pretty fun. I bet my sister I would have abs by the end of January. I think I can do it. I will post pictures of what I currently look like later today. Find a good ab-workout, stick with it, and post pictures updating you on the progress. If anyone has any recommendations, let me know! If the program works, I’ll recommend it with high regards.
