Going grocery shopping today.

I am also cutting mayo out of my diet.
I’m not sure how healthy this list is, but it is definitely an upgrade from my usual “cheese fries and cheese burgers” (oh my, am I gonna miss it) ;P

For it being the weigh-in after Christmas, that is pretty exciting. My abs and arms are sore, and I can honestly feel the weight melting off of me whenever I go to the gym. I’ve been more successfully able to fight off cravings through drinking water.

Zumba
I went to Zumba for the first time in forever. An apparently gay man walked in, pulled off his sweats and was ready to go. I knew he meant business when I saw the underarmour leggings and jazz shoes he was wearing. It immediately brought a smile to my face. This was going to be a pretty fun.
Another lady went off to the side of the room and just started randomly dancing.

I bet my sister I would have abs by the end of January.
I think I can do it.
I will post pictures of what I currently look like later today. Find a good ab-workout, stick with it, and post pictures updating you on the progress. If anyone has any recommendations, let me know!

I had a nice dinner, and that’s all I’m going to say; I probably won’t work out tonight, but I will make up for it tomorrow, the day after that, and the day after that.
Today was a good day to cheat, and I do not feel guilty.
I will reach my goal eventually.
